Very high quality of food and services.
Very delicious food and hospitality.
Thank you to Sanju for taking our order, she was a beautiful lady with smile. we enjoyed our family time. We will definitely come back to this restaurant n hotel.

Food was average but expensive. I don’t mind expensive if the food is great. Why I gave Fire Lake Grill an overall 5 star was purely due to the outstanding world class customer service we received. Jessica was outstanding, very friendly, awesome service, attention to detail and going above and beyond expectations especially with our children.

Arrived for 8pm table. No one to greet but a barman allowed us to take a table. Menu eventually came, never saw anyone again. Forced to go upstairs to Hessa Street Thai Buffet. Another mistake. Extremely poor experience but it is a Radisson and it is subpar.
Update 18 March 2023

Tried again but truly awful. Pitiful experience. A good reason why empty on a Saturday when all others full. 100dhs for a mini burger, no bar staff, card readers not working. Seriously, this management are depriving good people of a job.

The lamb was prepared with love, it's one of the nicest,tastiest food I've ever had, worth the 35-minute drive to get there from where I was staying. I don't normally buy desserts, but the waiter was very convincing,plus he took pictures for me. We also had the option to eat outside and watch football, which was a plus for my spouse

Beautiful ambience, good seating options. Food was average lacks a lot of items in the buffet, no kebabs, a very few grilled items, no beef no mutton. Plenty of options for the sweet which is very nice. They need improvements in the buffet menu.
