The services are terrible for home internet customers, where they claim provides 5G connection over a white toybox. The connection speed is 'not even one G', tried to contact the customer care, they neither listens the customer problems nor do adequate things to rectify the issue on their network. Only they says an apology as a robotic reply! I am still waiting for the resolution after the complaint raised before 40 Days.
Not recommending at all the “5G based home Wifi Connection”.

'Customer Service' is a concept alien to DU. Poorly-trained cold calling 'sales agents' selling upgrades, promising zero impact on payments, when the opposite is the case. Appalling.

After waiting for 1.5hr i asked staff and they answered my number would show on screen but just last 3 numbers wd match and its already expired. Why they ddnt tell me in start. Also this was second visit bcoz of their manager misinformation. Got their email for complain and if ddnt got response on email i am surely going to media or court against them. Extremely worst services.

They gave me not working simcard.
They told me (rude) I had to wait 1hr and it should work. After 3hrs, it is still not working.
This has been with 5 other simcard like this, during other trips.

Very unfriendly, non interested staff.

They arrived late, it was supposed to open at 8am and they came at 8.10 and 8.30, the woman was dealing at the same time with me and another costumer who got after me, after finishing with the guy who came after me she says the system is down and i cannot purchase a phone there or in any other Du shop and to try again after a week (i waited for 1 hour in the store for them to tell me this). So irresponsible i was speechless

Would rate 0 starts if possible.
If i were Du management, i would just replace the staffs here. Incompetent.

If i were customers. I would avoid this branch. Silicon center du branch is amazing on the other hand.

Never had du home service before
And never will i ever have it or even consider it again
They only have their staff working towards false marketing, Psychological marketing strategies, there service provision for DU HOME IS LESS THAN 1 Star.
Ive called 4 times constantly for the same Pathetic Problem ; I sit right infront of the wifi router and the internet speed is worse than anything i could ever imagine let alone the coverage in a small 2 bed room apartment, NO COVERAGE IN THE SECOND ROOM.
