Poor customer service and very bad management. Just the security person was nice who realized that we have been waiting for over an hour even though there were no customers.

The worst experience ever with this branch the the customer service is very bad the guy on desk has very bad attitude and uncooperative at all asked for many documents and submit for another day although there were 3 hours to close
They don’t want to work at all tryingn to push customers to come next day by lying to us about the time and they don’t want to help clients at all
The guy name is Muhamed Omar
I don’t recommend anyone dealing with guy has bad attitude and unhelpful
I will soon close my DIB account and get rid of their wasting our time and poor service

The rating is for the bank. The staff at the Garhoud are very nice and polite. The website is misleading stating I can apply for my car loan settlement at any branch ( the early settlement form) where you can only do this at oud metha.

I have to travel 45 min to get a banking request done in a bank that claims to be fully digitised

One of the worst experiences I had. Came last week to open a bank account and was requested to visit on the following week after bringing in a document. When visiting, another irrelevant document was requested. Not to mention, the long waiting time.

Today's visit to this brunch was one of the examples when an initially negative experience (in fact caused by the genuine human mistake) turned into a positive one. Special appreciate to Mohammed from the Customer Service & Maryam.

The worst experience i ever had in UAE for using DIB bank. Poor customer service specially online always wait on line more than 1 hour and suddenly call will get disconnected. Every time same issue

Another of Norfolk's iconic round towered churches in an idyllic location on top of the cliffs in Sidestrand. St Michael's has been renovated in the high Victorian gothic style inside, but the outside is very true to the original, even though the brickwork looks clean and pristine. This is because it was moved from the cliff edge in the 19th century to save it from collapse into the sea.
Inside the tower is now a baptistry with a modern, but interesting brass feature above the font.
A walk along the cliff gives a sight of the church at it's best and lovely views along the coast.
