Slow service. It could not be any worse than this;

After long waiting line, I wanted to update my visa extension which has been rejected and I have been told when I come back with a verified copy visa extension to not wait on the line and just to get back to him. Coming back after 4 days to the same employer knowing my case he said to me please take a ticket and wait on the line.

The whole agency is waste of time without getting your service done

Home services customer care is absent. If there would be zero, they should be rated subzero. I was waiting for 2 weeks and numerous calls, chats and visits to all channels of Du for my home relocation request, and nothing happened. I filed service cancellation request which is now dragging for any response for the 3rd day in a row. Extremely lousy customer care. What you definitely get is constant request to rate 8 or 9 for the job done with 0. Better avoid home services (internet). They will sell you once with a smile and promise to take care of you and forget that you’re the customer.

Even 1 star is too high. I got refund appointment and went all the way to the branch and guess what? Only major stores (whatever that means) do that and me going there means nothing. And wait, I can still return the item but not get refunded even if I go to main branch. Start to end, unbelievable treatment, very rude meter greeter as well who is not even sorry a bit. Edit: And now marketing agency responds "accept our apologies", for what ? Sending me to another mall shop which also does not take return.

This is the most incompetent branch I've ever dealt with, and it's not like other branches are great to begin with. I just wanted to move from post paid to pre paid, after my contract ended (so I'm not even breaking any commitment). This took, I kid you not, 3 trips, an hour + on average, to the point where the staff began to know by name. Even though they were as friendly and polite as possible, I'm not looking to make friends at du. I just wanted my issue solved and this team just couldn't get the job done. Slow system, sorry ma'am, it's not showing up, sorry ma'am, your e-sim isn't deactivated, come back in an hour, come back 48 hours, it was freaking nerve wrecking.

Sitrep: They have 8 counters, and 1 for VIP customers. In which only 4 are serving

I have been sitting here for 30 mins and counting just to get my SIM renewed.

Update 1: it's been 1 hour

Update 2: I am back after climbing mount Everest.

Update 3: back after my wedding

Update 4: going for a world tour guys

Update 5: am a father of 2 kids now!!

Update 6: finally after waiting 3 hours got my SIM renewed woohoo

It was a nice experience as a newcomer to the UAE, I didn't have much knowledge about DU connection. But Ms. Aarti who educated me well regarding DU service.
I would highly recommend Marina Mall DU office, whoever is looking for new connections as well as profer details about current DU users.

Deserves 2 star only for the Asian lady who invited and processed the service token immediately.

I have been a customer of DU for over 3 years, and I have been consistently disappointed with their service team. The customer service is terrible, the coverage is spotty not like Etisalat.

I recently moved to a new iPhone and ask the team to change from my physical SIM card to eSim card. Generally this process shouldn’t take more than 2 hours (this is also mentioned by them) When I visited this centre a middle eastern guy who’s not checking in the system properly and replying to me while sitting in the couch that it’s not possible due to some system issue and they’re not sure how long this will take. And he’s working for a service support office. Can you imagine the level of decency he showed while meeting a customer.

I have called customer service multiple times to try to get help, but they have been unable to resolve the issue. They are mentioning this issue must be raised with the same office but the office doesn’t even have a store manager.

I am very frustrated with Du’s service and I am considering switching to a different carrier. I would not recommend this guy or this store to anyone.

Very slow. You wait one hour to listen that office can’t fix the problem - pay for new sim which is free but 1 day package cost 800 and ???????????? once you talk to manager starting package gets down to 50 aed and he give the customer support email to generate a complaint.

Monopoly :))) no body cares, but make sales
