This Virgin Megastore is smaller than say the one at Mall of the Emirates and consequently only carries a smaller selection of products.

However, if you're in the area it is quite handy to have it here and I've bought the odd bits and bobs from this store noting that Virgin Megastore is generally not the cheapest.

It's usually a relatively quiet store with ample reasonably friendly staff so it's quite pleasant to shop at.

Great place to go for all your gadgets, gifts and accessories. Will pop in every time I visit the mall just to see if there is something else that I didn't know I needed... And now must have...
Staff are always helpful, knowledgeable an polite.

very bad customer service, my line is disconnected for 5 days and not connecting to any network, and still no one is solving this issue, they don't have a hotline or someone to talk to! what you can do is text them on Instagram and they reply when they can with the same templates.

I bought two iphones on Friday and asked to register my passport so I can get my tax free at airport on Sunday. They have informed me that it’s completed! At the airport I was not able to receive tax back because “THE SHOP DIDN’T finish the registration process” I don’t recommend to buy there anything if you want to take your tax at the airport.

do not recommend buying a plan with this company. Even if you have good reasons to ask for a refund they will not give it to you, because it is their policy. It doesn't matter if they were wrong, if the agent who sold you the plan was wrong, if they didn't listen that you needed just ONE MONTH...There is no refund. If you want to talk to a supervisor, there is no supervisor, everything is resolved through a chat, and they respond very slow. They say sorry, but don't help or give solutions.

I was told at the store in Marina Mall that I should show my Emirates ID as soon as I get it, so I can keep my number. Then I was told I need to buy a new sim card, and I cannot keep my number. Okkk...I bought the sim, I said I that I don't need the other sim anymore, what should I do? And they answered just sing out :'D.. .but after a month I was charged without any warning $91 for the old sim card. I spoke to many agents, they don't care :) just repeat like robots "sorry it is our policy. No refund" littery under any circumstances. If you won't give me my money back, don't say sorry one more time.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I explained to one of the associates that I required more data as I was misinformed by another representative and sold a plan that capped the my mobile data at 3gb per day. The associate at this location (red shirt at the activation counter) was rude and dismissive. She stated there's nothing she can do and I need to get another plan. She stated that it was our fault that we were mislead and should have inquired more about he mobile plans. Admittedly, I may have been at fault in this regard, but moreso I was lied to multiple times and the answer I recieved was "I can't do anything about it". I asked what additional plan I can purchase to fix my issue. Without explaining anything she stated it'll be 1000AED. Given I paid 150 AED for my current plan, I asked why the price point was so high. The associate didn't bother explaining and went on to talk to other customers. I left out of frustration. This location needs to have some accountability and monitor the behaviour of their staff. From someone visiting the UAE, this interaction was extremely off-putting.

Paddled under here from Eccleston Ferry Parking ~ 2 miles away. Lovely diversion off the River Dee in atmospheric surrounds along Coddington Brook. Look out for Kingfishers along the route. We've seen them on the two trips we've been here.
