One of the best outlet with friendly staffs who really tried to help me out but the store manager his name Mr. Justin who is really bossy attitude and really don’t care about the customer and it’s rights. First time in UAE I feel like am racists and also with UK’s best brand RiverIsland with famous Alshaya Group.

Forced sale and then refused to give me a refund and i hadnt even left the shop. Placed my card in the card reader and Once i found out the exchange rate i said i didnt want to purchase the item. They automatically
took the money from my card. I asked to return the item and they said I wasnt allowed to refund because i was in dubai for less than two weeks and thats how long refunds took. Shocking. They then forced a gift card instead - i said no five times and insisted on a refund. They called the manager who also insisted, i felt pressured by all three staff and opted for the card which has no real value because of the limited selection. Forced and desperate sales techniques boarding on lies.
