We relished the food. Visited for the first time. Marita at the counter assisted us well to choose the dishes. The platter box is ideal for 4 people. We can choose either 4 sandwiches /wraps along with 2 appetizers. Their is good too.

Staff are respectful..
Food taste and quality compare to price is nothing, even with 47aed you will purchase they dont give a drink even…
Ice cream was bad

Overall experience not order again ????

The service was quick and easy.
I chose the mix platter and burgers. Food was bit cold, fries were soggy and burgers were quite mushy when bought in.
Lebanese beef burger was the best yet would have been better if it was hot
The price was not pocket-friendly. The minimum basket total for delivery is 50/- Buffalo and blue cheese burger was little sour and cold.
Love to still give it a try from the outlet.

I love JJ I always order But recently I don’t know why happen all the orders from mirdif city center delivery comes always wrong like literally I don’t understand I even give each time 2 calls one for the main number and other one more time for the Mcc branch number
And I keep repeating the 3 meals many times by phone and I beg them to bring it correct and remind them that each time they send it wrong after all of that again they send wrong ! So weird so unbelievabl it’s just 2-3 meals they send it totaly wrong sauce is wrong chicken is wrong please do somthing so we keep ordering it’s getting worst the customer service

Worst charcoal chicken I have ever tasted in my whole life. Firstly price is 4 times higher than a normal grill chicken in the market. Secondly after paying high amount the quantity of food was less and It was taste less. No taste at all. Even khubus they give only 2 pieces to eat. Total waste of money. I can not give negative ratings otherwise I would be giving negative ratings.

Some day's before I visited JJ chicken at mirdif city centre. Cashier was busy with another customer and there's another staff another side I go infront of him and I just going to talk he didnot let me talk the guy quickly show his hand and said another side ????. He even did not bother to look at me he was just using his phone. I felt so humilating at that time I just went from there. But seriously your staff not bothered to talk to cuatomer's?

I love it, fresh, clean and nicely presented!
I had it for few days in a row with relatively consistent good quality.

I strongly suggest the management to come up with it’s own loyalty program! Could be as simple as a stamp on a card for people like me that would buy it few times a week.

Slow service. They promised 10-15 minutes but it took way more time than that, 20+. Chicken was pretty good. Dry and crunchy outside a little juicy inside. Worth the wait? You decide. I was really hungry then so I would’ve went somewhere else.
