Best skincare products. Love all their Calendula Serum-Infused range and the Ultra Facial Oil Free Gel Cream, which is hydrating and doesn’t leave any sticky residue on the skin.

When to the store on 4/12/22 lady with shayla working in the mcc store has TERRIBLE customer service and attitude, I wanted to leave without even completing my purchase . I’ve been a purchasing Kiel's for many years and disappointed they have such terrible customer service . Definitely won’t be coming back to that store again. I would give a 0 if it was an option

The staff are very rude and racist. Koehler are known for providing samples in all stores across the globe but this one lies to customers that there are no samples available.

I bought a sunscreen online through their website,,they delivered to me a boiling product,,probably how many days in a hot conditions exposed to sun for delivery,,,when I asked them to replace it,,they said OK,, but in reality they didn't change,,i called them back to back,no customer service,every day new stuff answered the phone and they deceived me,don't care after sale,,,I m so regret to order online,,same I thrown my money to the trash????at the end that product not qualified to use

I got a nice gentleman with infinite knowlege on skincare who helped me with my skincare routine. Not pushy, just welcoming and friendly. All round was a very nice experience.

Very BAD customer service!!! ????????The guy who work there was so rude and make joke about my words!! He’s so rude and throw the products in a bag carelessly!! I will NEVER EVER come back !!! ???????????????? I love you Kiehl’s and must be worrying about your customers satisfaction !!
I see there’s someone wrote a review about him from 6 months ago!!

Please take strict action with this employee.

Worst customer service ever.

You walk in knowing what you want to buy. This guy ‘tries’ to help and says you have a lot of breakout on your face. Why do you have them? Errr...excuse me!!! And then he goes on to ask how old are you? I state my age and then I get back you are X years old and you still have breakouts?! ???? You should probably reduce the spiceS in your food. And increase water intake.

And then towards the end he says don’t get offended, I was just trying to help! Oh yea, of course! Not a tiny bit offended at all.

Thank you for the unsolicited advice, Mr. Dermatologist. That audacity is definitely something you should keep up in your life. ????????
