I am a very nervous patient at the dentist. From the start the receptionists were lovely, Melissa came in with me to hold my hand. She talked to me and was just lovely. The dentist, Neel, was very nice, putting me at my ease all the time. Two extractions later, (both broken teeth, one being a wisdom tooth) no pain felt, lots of information for me to help the healing process. His assistant, Gabriela, was efficient and very nice. I hope that, if I have to have extractions again, I will be looked after by them again.

I called the practice today in regards to discomfort in my back tooth. I was given an appointment the same day. The staff were very kind and the dentist was friendly and reassuring. I go back for a filling in a few days. Very impressed and pleased with the service. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionists, to dentists and assistants. My appointment was right on time with zero waiting time. The whole anesthetic and extraction procedure was smooth and the dentist patiently explained everything. Feel well looked after at every detail. Thank you Banbury Dental!

My daughter (age 13) was very nervous about having a couple of baby teeth extracted but the dentist was really nice and kind, making her feel at ease. It was all done very quickly to avoid further anxiety. Great service.

I had my wisdom tooth removed by Neil a couple of days ago and he was fantastic. He explained everything that was going to happen and his assistant was also lovely. They made me feel at ease about the process as I was a bit nervous due to it not being my usual dental practice. Thank you so much.
If I was to review the reception staff it would only be 2 stars as they weren't overly welcoming and they were moaning about patients whilst I was sat in the waiting area!

Had two wisdom teeth extraction by Neel & Emma, who were amazing! Totally professional and put me at total ease very chatty, and took my mind off what was to come. They explained how the process worked and answered any questions I had about aftercare or any worries I had. Although I wouldn't want to have the procedure done again but if I did, I would 100% choose to have those two again!

I called and was given an emergency appointment the same day. My treatment was very thorough and competent. The dentist was very friendly and explained every part of my treatment . reception staff also very helpful and friendly Cannot fault the service
