It pains me to write this review as Nesto has always been our go-to place for groceries, and I have enjoyed shopping at their various locations, all of which have been immaculately organized and clean. However, our experience yesterday at the Nesto Hypermarket in Al Bada was extremely disappointing.

From the very moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were confronted with trash and debris strewn about. Things only got worse once we entered the store. The aisles were cluttered and unorganized, and there was water spilled everywhere. The seafood section was particularly off-putting, with some items appearing old and rotten.

The overall state of the store was unacceptable, to say the least. It pains me to say it, but the entire store felt like nothing more than a landfill. I urge Dubai Health to inspect their hygiene standards as soon as possible. This particular location is in dire need of proper cleaning, reorganization, and staff training, including a new manager.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this store, as hygiene seemed to be far from their priority. I have always loved Nesto for their quality and service, but this location has left me with a heavy heart and disappointment.

You can buy many many items here at little lower price when compared with other hypermarkets, i never find nesto empty whenever i visit there, always there are people shopping here, they offer electronics, fruits, meat, vegetables, cooked food, bakery items, dry fruits, masalas, some salads and fresh juices etc. The downside is the public restroom which is horrible when compared to other nesto, like the one near wasl port. Rest overall a good Hypermarket to visit with helpfull staff around and bargained prices.

Nesto hyper market always satisfied us. Because of lower price and good quality. Nesto hyper market in Satwa, Dubai is same same. Many many collection with low price. One of our favorite hyper market. Good good. Here we did not see food court as well as parking. Fresh fish, meat and vegitable and fruit are nice. Highly recommend.

Nesto satwa customer service personel have a worst service. Not once given a smile, doesn't even look happy and like they are forced to work. Very bad experience.
