Unfortunately having to give this rating for the post office service within WHSmith. Really really unhelpful lady on the desk. Asked for a driving licence renewal form and the lady said you're talking foreign to me I don't know what you want. She had a quick flick through some of the forms and the said she didn't have any. No suggestion of where else to collect one. I suppose at least I was lucky it was open at that point as very regularly picks and chooses when they open.

Mainly go here as the post office is located inside.

Huge magazine selection. Good book choice with children's section, always have lots of great deals on books. Smaller stationery and card sections. Sell confectionery and chilled drinks too. There are 3 manned tills, 2 self serve check outs and an exit in the the Castle Quay and another exit to the Market Place. Unfortunately the post office occupies a large part of the shop and gets busy.

It was very busy when I visited and there were very few staff visible. Long queues for the tills with no one being directed to the self service checkouts in the corner. The shelves are very close together making navigating the store difficult especially when it's busy. The envelopes I bought seemed expensive (over £3 for 10) but I didn't have time to look elsewhere. I would avoid in the future.

The post office in the Wh Smiths has abysmal service. Always take ages for a staff member to come to override the self service which defeats the purpose of someone going to self service and getting out quickly. I've had to wait 20minutes for a staff memeber to come and scan it so that I could finish my transaction. Also the chubby short haired blonde lady with the glasses at the post office is extremely rude and should not be working there as she has an issue serving people. I believe she may be one of the managers. She needs to go from there as makes the service even worse than it already is.

One of my favourite shops to hang out in when in Banbury.

Lots of books, stationery, magazines, and other kit to keep you entertained and really spacious.

Awful store. Cancelled 4 magazines I regularly buy just because the manager decided to. Asked to reserve order them was told they couldn't do that either.

On this occasion I was using the post office inside. The counter was very busy but there seemed to be hardly no staff attending customers. So we had a very long waight and the service seemed tried.
