Super nice the agent. They are very accommodating and long patience, specially Ms. Diana. she know what she do and highly customer oriented. She finished our service quickly.

Was waiting for my turn at MOE but wait time was over an hour so decided to check Springs. Its not crowded and Diana assisted me with all of my concerns. She made sure i have all services covered for my phone, mobile plan and home wifi. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Went to Du Spring and as always ms. Diana was very helpful and kind. She was very patient in explaining the resolution and why I keep being rejected in getting mobile even if I have the plan for so long. Great service from ms. Dian.

Very unhelpful and Unprofessional.
Went there to update my mobile plan, they said there is some pending work order and asked me to come the next day.
Went there the next day again and they said my plan is not available in their system and i need to contact Customer Care, Not sure why they are even there in the first place. Clueless and total waste of time.
Good luck to anyone planning to update their mobile plan with Du.

Update: After corresponding with the email below, my issue was addressed . They need to overhaul their systems a bit better so physical kiosks can resolve these issues for us.

It was indeed a great experience, no hassle unlike other branches of Du. The agent who assisted me named Rachelle was so professional, and knows how to save others' time. Kudos for having her in your shop.

I was having some issues with my data andni was unable to connect to cust care. The agent who gave the plqn is also not responding anymore. But Diana fr springs helped me with my concern. She patiently explained what happened, how to avoid issue in the future and offered the nonstop data. Very good service. Keep it up.
