The worst telecom company ever. USELESS STAFF, USELESS CALL CENTER, USELESS MANAGEMENT and Master Thieves.

Overcharged me for services i had cancelled along with that disconnected my mobile services because of the non payment of the overcharge eventhough dispute has been raised.

Zero coordination between their teams. Mobile services team advises to talk to fixed services and vice versa. So frustrated with these useless staff and their stupid procedures.

Strongly advise not to use this network!!!

Dear Management hope i will reach you through review because unable to reach senior manager......
"YOUR TEAM ARE CHEATING TO PEOPLE AND THEY CHEATED ME. I AM USING DU POSTPAID LINE SINCE 2011 BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY CHEATED ME AND I MIGRATED MY SIM"
I was using customised package and daily I was receiving calls from du, we are give you this offer that offer I refused to when du customer care notice I will not change my package they increase my monthly billing
DU IS REPUTED COMPANY AND BECAUSE OF SOME CHEATER STAFF DU IS SPOILING THEIR REPUTATION

DON'T CHEAT PEOPLE AND BE HONEST WITH YOUE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU ARE GROWING BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS

You should be careful. You would be disgusted and literally VOMIT with the customer service that you would be facing with DU.

Already 3 times i have visited du store for my mobile no reactivated. Without any notice they suspended my connection. Already i have submitted my required documents by visit du store. But my sim till now suspended, 1 weeks already has gone. I don’t know whats the reason? I can't my any transaction all otp goes to this no. I am so much disappointed!

If that’s the one kiosk inside of Burjuman Mall, it’s utterly useless with a seriously unprofessional, grumpy staff. Waited for 50 minutes for a minor procedure, no change at that kiosk, very very very unprofessional employee of yours there (the male), to the extent that he was even leaving his female colleague lost. Utterly disappointing.
