I recently visited Ketch Up and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the menu looked delicious.

I ordered the Italian burger and it was absolutely delicious - full of flavor and perfectly cooked. I also appreciated the variety of options on the menu - there was something for everyone. The service was excellent, with the staff checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, when it came time to pay, the card machine was not working. While this could have been a frustrating experience, the staff handled it with professionalism and grace, especially Kristel. She were quick to apologize and offer alternative payment options, and she made sure that the situation was resolved as quickly as possible.

Despite the card machine issue, I had a wonderful experience at Kerch Up. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Had lunch here with my family on a Saturday afternoon. Very few tables were occupied so there was no waiting or rush. The staff was courteous, friendly and shared the specials on asking. The ambiance was comfortable. The food was excellent and would highly recommend Chicken Schnitzel with Fries. The schnitzel was tender and delicious. The burgers are great too and so was the profiteroles. Many of the drinks on the menu were not available but we had the passion fruit and mint lemonade which was quite good. Will definitely be visiting this place again.

Went there for first time and loved the food. We ordered the following

Brie beef sliders with truffle sauce
Sweet chicken chilli with rice
Chicken shnitzel
Truffle napolitana pasta

Positives
- Brief beef sliders were good
- Sweet chili was very tasty with crunchy pieces of chicken
- Chicken schnitzel was good in quantity
- Service was quick and food was served fast
- Servers were very friendly, even helped to share games with kids and make them enjoy.

Negatives
- Sweet chili was a bit oily
- Truffle pasta was not that amazing, slightly bland in taste

Overall decent experience

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon, around 3pm. Only a few tables were filled. Quick to serve food, service was courteous and attentive, I liked their entire team.

Ordered the SHRIMP & GRILLED AVOCADO SALAD: delicious but portion is quite small for the price. BRIE BURGER: kudos for the fluffy and springy sesame bun, but there was ZERO Brie or truffle in the burger and too much caramelized onion- hard pass. MUSHROOM BUCKWHEAT RISOTTO: hefty portion, cheesy mushroom and truffle taste, Al dente buckwheat groats - great dish! FRIES with TARTAR SAUCE & GUACAMOLE: no complaints, tasty and fresh.

Used the entertainer 1 for 1 deal. Pretty good value for money, except the shrimp salad. We will be back, and we do recommend that you visit if ever in the area!

P.S. props for providing serving plate and utensils for kids — but try to have coloring pencils and papers too!????

We had the ketch up burger and it was amazing!! Love the quality of the food here. Waseem was our server and he went above and beyond. Our little one was a little cranky and he went and got him a little toy and even moved his pram around the restaurant to soothe him! Big thank you for the exceptional service and the bonus is that they are on Entertainer!

Decent food, had chicken quesadilla very blend but khachapuri was interesting. Tho i am sure that not what they are known for. Surely will be coming for more hit dishes.

Ketch up is a newly opened restaurant in Dubai Hills Mall with a cozy modern atmosphere. The food was very fresh in particular, the fish and chips which were tender to the fork. The sliders were also very good but I would recommend picking the truffle sliders as they were the best tasting. The Georgian bread was also made to order and had an airy texture. The staff were also very accommodating and explained the menu with precise detail (our waiter’s name is Waseem). I will definitely come back to Ketch Up as I had a great experience here.

Very nice place to dine in. The food is tasty and worth it. The service during our first visit was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We ordered a couple of dishes, like chicken burger, half marinated chicken, thai beef salad, and shrimp bowl. All of which were nicely presented and served in a good time.

I would like to think about the negative aspects but I can't recall any. Except that water bottles are too expensive (18 AED for small, 30 AED for large). I mean there should be a reasonable limit for water like 10 AED max.

Although my visit was short I managed to look around the castle and gardens. The dungeon is impressive although the spiral stone staircase isn't easy to negotiate. The gardens are beautiful with plenty of space for children to run and play. Well worth a half day visit

Everyone of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Due to an injury, had to get the shuttle bus between pay kiosk and castle. The driver was lovely.
The castle is so interesting, greeted at the door by a lovely lady, information books in every room and very friendly, chatty stewards
The courtyard cafe had a lovely range of hot/cold drinks and iced coffee was on the menu. Perfect on a hot day . Again, without exception, the staff , they really do make the visit special.
Gardens are well kept ,info boards again and fabulous views.
Really enjoyed our visit here .

Excellent castle was a spontaneous decision to visit, and glad we did.

Lovely gardens with superb views.

Only small part of the castle is open to the public, nevertheless you get a good feel of it.

Toilets, nice cafe with plentiful seating, decent size car park.

Was quite busy for a Wednesday when we visited.

£17 per adult which is not cheap or free of national trust members.

Definitely worth a visit.

Very impressive Castle! The walks around it are even better. We were staying in Lady Margaret’s campsite and it was great to have so much accessible land to walk the dogs around every day. We tried to make it there for a sunset one evening but missed it. The views are just stunning. Inside the castle is very cool too, lots of history and fun facts in there. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful setting with amazing grounds. The castle is a sturdy looking squat shape with an interesting history. There is plenty to see-great to be able to walk down into the dungeons as well as servants hall. The castle rooms are beautiful. Staff and volunteers are friendly and welcoming. The cafe in the courtyard had a good selection of reasonable priced goods and a beautiful cool additional seating area -particularly welcome during the hot spell.

The house is nice to walk through. Not terribly big, but there are some lovely things to see. Leave your backpack on a peg as you go in. There are toilets and a shop available. The grounds are large and lots of flowers in bloom. On a beautiful day, this is a lovely place to walk around. National Trust site

Really nice castle to visit ,there’s plenty of free parking more than enjoy walking for a dog a lovely shop as you go through the entrance also a play area for kids with an outdoor cafe. The castle is a small walk up the hill or there is a mini bus that does shuttle runs up and down. Once in the castle every room is well kept and stunning to see also it’s worth going down into the dungeon to see how prisoners suffered back in the dark days. All in all a good castle to visit.

As always, National Trust properties are always impressive. Great parking for motorhomes, plenty of space. Then there's a shuttle bus operating to take you up to the castle. Last bus back currently is 3.45. It's quite a steep walk up, and windy, so great if fit, if not it's probably wise to use the bus. £15 adult entry if not a member. Gardens at the base as is the NT shop. Plenty to see at the castle. State rooms, a fabulous long hall, and music room. There's a dungeon which is easily accessible, uneven stone steps, but a solid rope rail to hang on too. There's a servants room outside in the courtyard and the cafe staff were lovely as were the guides in the castle. We were incredibly lucky, very few tourists today, so great access to everything. Some really interesting stories from the guides. We had a good 3 hours here, so allow plenty of time ... also some fun time trying on helmets !!!! Exit road does take you back to where you started.
