What should have been a 5 star review turned out to be 2 stars.

4 items were served under cooked.
3 were meats and 1 was bread.

I understand that some people prefer their chicken and fish on the undercooked side but they majority don't. They need to ask and not assume. 3 chicken and 1 fish were undercooked to the point that the meat was still glutinous/wet looking and not in the cooked/fiber looking stage. We had to send it all back.

But then why was the bread also undercooked?

Also, the music was obnoxiously loud. To the point where we could not hear each other.

Otherwise nice menu, delicious food.

Unsure if we would return though.

True Indian flavor. Food is rich in fresh spices and delicious taste. Staff are really friendly. What catches my eye, one staff his name Mohammed who was taking care of kids where sitting there with no adults. He was looking after them. He did an excellent job. Thank you team for the service and special food. ????????????????????????

Located in Dubai Hills Mall, ambience is very nice. Food is excellent, since it’s Mango season, they had excellent varieties of mango infused mock-tails, starter and desserts. Biryani is too good. If you need it spicy you need to mention. Over all good experience.

Pincode I think has a good opportunity at hand with a great location. We had gone by word of mouth to celebrate and it fell short of our expectation.
Hearing heard rave reviews we picked on Pincode. While on presentation it was good but rest all did not match.
Drinks supposedly were okay. Mango chilli Mojito had no touch of spice. The starters were okay. We went with the best seller Lamb Roganjosh but it was no where close to something we had tasted. It was a complete let down. Punjab Chole was good. Some starters like butter garlic grilled prawn was very salty. Dunnon what happened there.
Butter chicken did not meet the level of expected taste.
Ambience wise it's a good place.
In all it did not meet our expectation.
In terms of service, it was very lackluster. Extremely short staffed. It took a long time for someone to come to take our order and we were taken aback by the backanswering attitude where we were told to look around and see the number of people seated due to which the service appeared slow. If we were to ask for a serving spoon it would not come, if it did on our second or third request it would be late. Extra addons like onion slices did not arrive at all.
In all, for us it was not a pleasant experience. Taste and service was a complete let down.

Had a great experience here celebrating my parents Anniversary. Their starters to main course and dessert all tasted so good, tons of vegetarian options to choose from and good quantities as well. Special thanks for Sachin for serving us through our dinner!

I came here with a bunch of friends and we all were impressed at the ambience and experience of the restaurant. The food presentation was fantastic. I had the Mango slush was presented so beautifully. I had the Harissa Paneer tikka, Bunny bhaji, Kerala Fried chicken and Chicken biriyani. Each item on menu had its own unique flavours. For dessert I had the Rasmalai Tiramisu which was fantastic. Great place with nice ambience and the staff is friendly as well. Definitely worth visiting again.

Modern Indian dishes packed with flavor & served with flair food at PINCODE,Do yourself a favor & visit this lovely restaurant in Dubai.The food is absolutely amazing ,menu is extensive & seasonal to a particularly high standard,I have to say,I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Pincode by Kunal Kapoor !!
Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Dubai hills mall !!

Interesting menu!! Dhokla chat, Chapli kebab and Bunny Bhaji were a success with a fun twist. The only letdown was the Sev puri, it didn't quite live up to expectations. I enjoyed the starters more than the main course but would want to explore it more. But overall, Pincode is a great spot with interesting food and great ambiance, definitely worth checking out!
