The airport appeared simply to be an heaven on earth.

Beautiful architecture with a number of up market luxury stores makes this place a buyers one stop destination.

The airport is just huge and has the potential to handle massive crowd on daily basis.

It is also very well connected throughout with Metro which makes it easier for passengers to move from one point to another just in few minutes.

With a number of lounge access, escalators, supportive staff, duty free shops etc, this airport just creates a separate identity for itself in the world.

Simply it can be said luxury with beauty and service at its best.

A landmark in airport design and maintenance, we had the privilege to visit this airport for a few hours for catching a connection flight. It is one of the busiest airports in the world and most of the international flights have a stop here. The airport is massive, but is maintained very well. The security check, and immigration procedures are very fast and efficient. Countless amenities are available here which includes duty free shops, restaurants, gift shops, etc. The restaurants serve tasty dishes, and the washrooms are kept really clean. The gift shops have affordable items that can be taken back home as souvenirs. A very good experience overall.

Considerably very large airport with lots of connecting flights. It has lots of duty free shops, but prices are a bit high. Number of coffee shops and food stalls too. I was waiting for my connecting flight on a Friday morning and the airport was very busy. There are number of lounges too. I quite liked the big chairs with footrests in the waiting areas. The airport and the toilets were clean and tidy.

Dubai International airport has 3 different terminals. They have dedicated train line to connect between the terminals. Tram line is attached with the airport and accesible to a number of area of the city. There are a number of restaurants inside the boarding area. Lots of duty free shop of several brands are available. Rest rooms are clean and plenty. Lifts and escalators are present. Offers all the amenities required by an airport.
Tax refund is given to travelers in 2 steps - first you will have to show the goods before check in and then collect the refunds after immigration is done.
The improvement areas are professional behavior and service quality. Also there is no option of entertainment for the transit passengers to spend a long time inside.

Only visited T3. Efficient airport with massive emirates lounges above main concourses in terminal 3. That said seating area outside of the lounges is limited and the terminals always feel very busy. Even the lounges get quite full during the day and finding a seat in a preferred location may be a challenge.

We've arrived at Terminal 3, and it looked so big and fancy. Then we had to move to Terminal 2. It took two buses and almost one hour. Terminal 2 is pretty small. there are too many people. The conditioning system doesn't work properly, and it's hard to breathe, especially in the restroom. The restroom doesn't look good. It's pretty dirty. The mirrors are certainly old. I wasn't able to find a toilet paper. No charging station for your devices.
I would not recommend Terminal 2 to anyone.
