We come from Germany and know how a car rental company works professionally, especially since I myself work for an insurance / automotive branch and deal with car rental companies daily. You are more likely to give the customer an upgrade if you supposedly don't have the equivalent vehicle, but no.. we got a downgrade.. fantastic! And a damaged car is a big no go also! Who wants to pay for something that they don't get?! We would have booked a small vehicle right from the start, which would be much cheaper. Last but not least.. we have still Not received our deposit back after 7 weeks. Never ever Europcar/Interrent AGAIN!

Then I asked her how we could pick up the car from the moment she told me that she was closed? She didn't reply to me and she literally stood up with anger and nearly pushed me and my brother that is disabled out and repeated loudly that she cant help and she’s closed . Then she locked the door and went back to her desk. This is unacceptable behaviour and Discrimination as i am taking further legal action and involving the media specially against the manchester airport manager DARREN SHAW which he was useless and couldn't handle the serious situation in a fair way. As a manger we all expect a better/fair treatment, specially in Discrimination issues where unfortunately my brother was involved too.

Le personnel a été très professionnel, la voiture été neuve elle n'avait que 661km.
Le seul problème que j'ai eu c'est quand il a fallu cherché le bureau au terminal 3 impossible de les trouvé ni même les concurrent ne savaient où il se situait.
Il se trouve dans le bureau de Europcar.
Merci au personnel de cette agence, je recommande et je reviendrai loué chez vous.
