Serah Opticals one of the finest experience we have twice in Reef Mall Dubai Branch. Excellence Customer service and etiquettes by Sonia Madam and Wide range of glasses especially in Oakley and MK section in the Outlet. 5 Star Must Visit????????✔️????

The customer service is amazing, Staffs are very welcoming. We went to get prescriptions glass made. Prices of frames are very reasonable as well. Everything was explained very well and we are very satisfied, will definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great Opticals with amazing service.

I am a costumer of Serah Opticals in Reef Mall, for 4 years now! I have been to many optical shop but this shop has the best customer service! Special Mention to my favorite Sales Person Laida, who always assist me with smile and always give me the best price and also to process my insurance claims, ordering the specs I want and design :) I also met the owner and he is very humble and polite.

Only my suggestion to the management to get more variety of shades specially what is trending in the market, Maybe you should get a staff that can handle some research what is New in the market, for example trending this season is large frames like Gentle Monster etc. only a suggestion :)

All the staff from City life altallah branch were all helpful. They attended my needs accurately faster than other shops. Especially the staff lady there was too kind and approachable. Thank you and you all did your job to the highest level.

We as a family has a very satisfactory experience with Serah Optic at Reff Mall. Especially with Sonia the Optometrist. She was very professional and patiently explaining us (my husband and myself) in regards of progressive lenses including the insurance compliance. I am highly recommending this Optic to many people and they have outstanding frames as well.
