When you enter a store and you find more employees than actual customers, be ready for the worse. They see you enter and all of them overwhelm you with questions. I asked them about Click and collect, so as to order online, use PayPal (one of the methods advertised on their website) and very rudely they replied that it couldn’t be done. The minute they realize they can’t make a sell, they are the rudest people ever. Such an awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND JUMBO DEIRA CITY CENTRE. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service and the best price.
I went there for PS5, as they were the direct seller and the only ones selling PS5 at the time. You might find a better price online but the origin is always an issue, but you can always trust Jumbo with that as they always have UAE editions.
Recommended 9/10.

No doubt Jumbo is a reliable name but too expensive like in some products they are 5 times more expensive than other shops. But if you want to buy a mobile, laptop or other electric products then it's better to go to Jumbo but never go there for accessories.

Worst product ????when I brought this product within one week it was have compliance after there service of one month later also same issue .
Please don’t buy this laptop. Waste of money

They seems to be having more staff than customers, you won’t be able to just browse around compare your options with other electronic shops because someone is constantly monitoring you and asking questions.
This anyway has become a standard for many outlets regardless of the type of product.
Now to the better part of our visit, One of the sales advisors Manjout took his time to walk us through operating Logitech Spotlight Presentation Remote since it wasn’t initially compatible without MacBook

Just want to share my experience. Few month back I bought apple watch and the sales in the store r forcing me to buy in pack with the warranty. I asked them y if I buy online warranty isn't necessary since we need to pay for it. He said if I didn't choose the warranty he suggest me to buy online. In the store I must buy with paid warranty. Well maybe am stupid I didn't know tht its a must to pay warranty if we buy in the store unfortunately I didn't note the Staff name.
