"I had an excellent experience with Ahlam at Dune-MOE, She was extremely helpful and respectful throughout my visit. She knew when to step in and offer assistance and when to give me space to browse on my own. Her knowledge of the products was impressive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service that Ahlam provided and would highly recommend them to anyone who visits Dune in the Mall of Emirates. One of the Staff in the branch of Mall of the emirates was racist,rude unprofessional.We’ve been in store with my son and sister around 22:00 o’clock.We checked around and i picked an item to ask the differences.A Sales person that I supposed to inquire was given me body rude language called her other colleague to assist seems she’s angry rude face.We felt the ambiance unwelcome.We asked who’s on duty deputy Supervisor or manager she point one curly hair Lady but she’s not even care and she’s Ignored.Low range level of professionalism of the staff.Extremely bad Experience.

Dear friends,
Dune has nice shoes, lots of choices and the staff are very friendly. Just the price is tooooo high.
Visits on sale is a good deal.

Cashier verry slow i shoose my shoes and bag on 5 mn i have to wait cashier more than 10 mn cause some mistakes on the system
