The worst bank ever. They are saying that the policy of opening corporate business accounts have changed and in order for opening account they need you to take an investment plan with them. Based on this investment they take the money and sending them in stocks outside the country even do in the contract they are mentioning that they are under the local law and when they have to release the funds from the insurance they are saying that the funds were going really bad because of the war with Russia and Ukraine and not that they don't even offer you the profit but they even take over your funds ( I quote the insurance company of the funds which are hand in hand with this bank) but the full period they are giving you their guarantee that the funds are invested in UAE and the investment is doing more then great. How many of you faced this problem ? To be imposed to open an investment plan with them so they will open business bank account ? Raise your voices and make complaint to Central Bank.

worst bank yesterday they block my digital banking and ATM card for no reason
now i am calling them and they ask for visit rak bank branch

They made a credit card on my name and I had no idea until I found out I owe them more than 3000 AED, and they don’t even bother to help me, please be careful with this bank

Rak bank please if you care about customer please install the machine in moe Al quze mall because your one machine always in problem should give good service to customer especially rak bank ATM it's your duty to provide good service

Dear Rak Bank,

Today I have deposit 1000 dirham to the below account from mall of emirates branch around 11:55 time . The amount were deposit successfully to the account but i didn’t get the Receipt. I deposit the amount to some one company account now the company want me to send them the Receipt which I didn’t get it from mall of emirates ATM, please advise and I need the receipt copy. So I shall forward it to them and disclose this matter.

Well just like mentioned in the below comments i had the same experience visiting here, the machine is located in level 2 C entrance just nearby parking entrance level 2 entrance C which is convenient to reach, but the ATM is kind of disappointing, it will crowded some time, it will not work sometimes and finally u will not get cash sometimes.
It’s ur luck and cannot say anything until u use it, so expect something worst and if not in a hurry and can visit other location atm for your transaction purposes.
Metro users will have to walk a bit till the entrance C level 2 to reach this ATM.

If there is less than one star i would choose it, worst customer service and locations as well we have a very bad experience with them and the staff are helpless ,to do any transaction with their corporate department it may take 2 months i suggest you to deal with Enbd ,DIB or CBD
