It is a very nice outlet , but small in size but very clean and beautiful.
Their cold coffee are great for me better than a lot of fancy brands.
I am not a fan of their donuts they are just about ok
We went during Ramadan so they had a special edition donuts and coffee
Pistachio coffee , kunafa donuts
I din like it that much but the star was COFFEE CREAM FRAPPE
overall a good experience
The staff was very warm friendly and welcoming

I am happy with the product but was totally disappointed with the packaging.

I ordered (ORDER ID 5100901) thue instashop Dunkin Donut Motor City Dubai UAE. Place my order are **2 Box of 20 pieces Pre-Selected box of assorted flavours of freshly made munchkins** product came in 1box only and we put 40pcs for 1boxes should be proper packaging 1box 20 pieces and just make separately not out separate , and the food not freshly and was not at all packed properly. I was scared to even unbox the item in the first place. Luckily it was intact and worked well.

Good donuts, the Choco Wacko is really tasty.
Egg croissant with latte is my go-to breakfast, the service is really quick and the employees are friendly.
You won't find the place crowded throughout the day, plus the music is subtle and not loud, recommended place to work on your laptop/sending emails.
P.S. even though the store opens at 7:00am, the donuts won't be available until 7:30ish.

I ordered through talabat, 25 pieces of munchkins, I have carefully selected the flavours I wanted in quantities. When it arrived the flavours different as well as it was packed carelessly. Munchkins inside are squeezed!!! I contacted the store and what I’ve got are excuses from their store staff and arguing with me that that’s how I placed the order, later on the conversation she admitted that the flavours I’ve ordered are no longer available. What’s the use of taking time choosing the flavours and I assume it’s available since the flavours are suggested on the app otherwise. Very poor customer service! She dropped the call saying “I will ask talabat for a refund if you can still get as I have customers here with me”

Dunkin’ Donut management should always look into the way their staff treats every order with quality as well as the customer service level each of the staffs. Dunkin’ donut has been my favourite since childhood and I don’t appreciate to be treated otherwise…

I order this mornibg at talabat order number 665763314 , breakfast combo and eggstream combo they deliver me cold breakfast. This is not the first time that they deliver me cold breakfast with the same branch (motor city). And this is the last time that i will order at Dunkin. The contact nmber on the receipt is not even working I called many may many times no answer. Same I Google the other contact number but nothing.

At motor city branch they have the worst customer service the guy and the girl( Darin and shina) they both are so rude they have made the worst drinks as well!!

They need to add crew. The lady is alone, people are waiting more than 10mins for an order.
