Do Visit this store!!
The staff are so helpful in choosing the right product. I was wanting to purchase contact lense for my sister but ending up buying a sunglass with prescription for myself as well haha. But truly worth the visit and experience. They offered me a complimentary eyetest as well which not many stores offer. And the eyetest was so smooth and friendly. I did not realize how the time passed by. The optom Ms Shilpa was so precise. I will surely recommend an eyetest with her.

Worst experience ever for doing eyeglasses with them . I paid 1400 AED for my daughter and the lense came very thick i told them thid isnt what we agreed on , they said they will try to fix it and send to another lab. I cant let my daughter wear this thick lenses , she has been wearing glasses for the last 10 years , and we pay the same amounnt of money but we have never faced this !!! untill now they didnt reply back to us , everyday they tell us tomorrow will call you , but they never do but we have to chase them and call them all the time, it has been 2 weeks now ...in other placew you get your new ones in 2 days !!

Not got the best of after sales service as I was expecting. Took a couple of Rodenstock glasses from this store and only after wearing for 2 months, the glasses developed severe scratches. And I have been wearing glasses for 20+ years now! When complained, the Rivoli team registered complaint with Rodenstock but they denied replacing saying that it’s not a defect in their product, rather a usage issue. Now I’m giving 1 star, not for Rodenstock rejecting a service, but the inability of Rivoli as optos to make their supplier see logically that in 2 months there is no way a glass can develop so many scratches. And for the sales staff who convinced me that Rodenstock is a good enough brand to Zeiss or Essilor. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service!

Ms.Shilpa helped me choose an appropriate Lens for my vision. Her advices were very helpful. The Product quality is good and the professional support was outstanding esp by Ms.Shilpa.
