I come at this store very often as its quite close. Its very clean and efficient. The staff is super amazing! They are always ready to assist and constantly up on their feet working. They are very knowledgeable with the products and always polite. I wish there was a tip box like in the old days.

I enjoy coming here for coffee almost every day before work!
The team is great and I really love the atmosphere!
They prepare all the food and drinks with special care and are always super polite.

I visit this place this evening to have my favorite ice mocha white shaken which is my comfort drink! But unfortunately from the moment we’re ordering, the crew Hassan the black guy who's assisting us was kinda rude, he was rushing us to order and also when i am trying to connect the wifi he told me that I don't need the wifi the scan the code, but I told him that I need the connection. And he make face, however he said the he want to scan code first then just continue with my business….

When receiving the coffee I was too excited to have a sip on it, but to my disappointment it was not the usual drink that the I have. I return the drink and ask politely to fix it but he seems upset., upon receiving the “fixed” drink it was not okay at all. I don't even want to drink it anymore, and never the less never want to ask the guy again! It was u pleasant visit and not tasty drink at all!!!

Very nice SB branch in Dubai. The ambiance is cozy and thumbs up to the staffs who were very accommodating and pleasant, especially to Mr. Janaka who was very friendly and full of smile while taking my order. The coffee and their service made my day. Will visit again for sure. ????

I have been to many Starbucks but i must admit that the staff here are very professional and very friendly whenever i have been there now must of them know my order and call by my name . Place is very cozy and inviting and all staff are well dressed .surely a place to recommend to others .

I love the energy of the staff here. I am a regular costumer and they address me by my name which I think is very sweet. They know my drink now too and one time my daughter received her drink and it didn’t taste the usual. Voila! They made it right for her. ????????

We love this Starbucks st Motor city. Cleanliness is outstanding.
Staff are excellent as is their service.
Their names are Bishnu, Janaka, Jwali and Khusboo. Always make us feel welcome.
