The amazing service of today changed my mind about the place . The person was so helpful and kind and the coffee was amazing. He was very patient and very helpful.

Donuts and coffee tastes great as usual, but bad customer service. They doesn't seem to handle customers well, doesn't give enough info just because we are trying to claim our free coffee for international women's day, we supposed to buy a dozen but because of bad customer service we just bought two donuts each and claim our free coffee, me and my friend was greatly dissatisfied with the service rendered to us especially one of the staff.

Horrible branch in sahara , staff are not cooperative and resourceful . Asking to connect wifi staff is not initiating if the customers is perfectly assisted or getting connected the wifi. You can't see the willingness to attend the customer as an efficient customer satisfied. First time I sitted there and trying to wait some of my friends to atleast come over me and had a snacks but in vain bcuz of hilarious wifi just tricking doesn't connected..... it's not accessible . Try to educate your staff in a manner way of customer service..... experienced is a greatest impact to the image of any business field.
I just visited today, disappointing

Bought a dozen donuts from their offer 12 for 44 plus they gave additional 6 donuts free.....It was a very good offer as well as the staff was very helpful & friendly while buying..... Liked all the regular & their festive donuts too only one was not good i think it is the nougat coated one which was plain like having no flavour....

White chocolate coffee was good and the donuts as well, but the cream cheese bagel was very bad. The dough was very hard and dry.

I loved the service, I called before hand spoke to a very helpful attendant on the 24/01/23 at around 5pm, she was informative and kind. on the 25th morning went to buy donuts for my daughter's class for her birthday and I found a very helpful attendant called Ali and patient too cause I changed packages after I sow others that I liked more and he was so professional about it and the range he picked the kids loved! them! I will definitely be buying from Dunkin donuts in Sahara mall again. Thank you
