If there was a negative, that will be the first choice. Internet speed is either too slow or fluctuating. You will be lucky to get Mpbs, otherwise, you'll get used to Kpbs. When you start complaining about their internet signal, their famous line and solution is to UPDATE, but still, it will come back to the same cycle of a very slow and fluctuating signal or worse, NO SIGNAL.

They will be servicing people on their preferences. And you will be just keep waiting and see other people being served before you sometime without ticket
Or see some employee just taking around and doing nothing.

Minimum I can give is 1 here otherwise I would have given in Minus... Worst experience and staff don't even bothered about customers ... I will never recommend anyone to go with Etisalat

At this Branch, I was given completely wrong information by someone called Houssam, he gave me wrong information... won’t say more, so be very prudent when dealing with this Branch... or maybe the whole company. Lol
