Very bad staff they don’t know how to accommodate costumer. They are just talking on the phone. When i came they don’t even care to greet the costumer. I wanted to buy something but who will buy if you feel that they don’t even want to entertain you.
Shame on them.

The lady who’s selling sim card she’s the one who asked me if i need anything. She told me to go in the counter so they can assist me.

Lots of costumer coming but no one is assisting them. Who will feel happy if you get treated this way.

There is only one person serving people. He is doing his best. However, it takes ages before one gets a turn to get service. The store needs to think about this. Bad customer service.

After buying a huawei smart watch for 800 derham , 24 hours later went to return it or exchange it because it was missing some Features
Still in the box with receipts
They told me oh we can't do nothing
It have to be in seald box so we can return it , how a customer can know if he likes an item if he didn't try it ????????????
Very crazy and do not make any sense
Manager was not helpful at all

Worst experience ever! I bought a plan from them and while they are doing it something went wrong with the system and got a different plan I haven't even put the sim card in the phone or used it, they said I have to wait 24hrs to 48hrs for the problem to be solved and if I want a refund they can't do it I have to download an app and fill up an application in order to get a refund! Like I'm here I haven't even put the sim card you guys messed up with this and should get it fixed on the spot not wait that long or do any extra work for a refund !!!

Staff are rude those in the main shop or the ones in front of the main door. No way to come back

bad experience happen today . I visited you're branch At morning 11:40 . I went inside of the shop . But there was 3 staff . But noone assist me . I realy sad . If they can't check the customer why they opening this shop. I am not recommending this branch any one
