I visited the store today. I was thinking of buying a backpack for my wife. No other customers. But we didn't even ask what we needed. Perhaps they thought we would never buy. Do they cater to customers with luxurious appearances? sales team can destroy brand names. I'm not complaining, but you should send them to refresher training.

Very poor after service. I bought a watch and they fixed the size but loose. This resulted in the watch falling off and I couldn't find the missing piece. I went to the store and asked the person there and she said I could bring it. The next time I went there, they were very rude and asked me to go to the Watch Store. Do you think the customer's time after sale is not important!!!! Very bad experience.

I came to the store to exchange the item the bag that I received as a gift but the store was very crowded and advisors were not attentive enough to help me out and advise properly, I left the store and decided to come back later. After a week, I came again with the same query and was approached by such an incredible and very sincere advisor - Sewara. She made my experience at MK the best ever and inspired me not only to exchange the item but also to also buy good pair of shoes with her good eye and great advices. I wish MK to have more advisors like Sewara, I’m definitely coming back

I went to buy a watch and they ended up cancelling my transaction because they ruin the watch during the adjustment (how can they assisgn someone to work on expensive items who is not well trained on the job?).
The staff are very inconsiderate. After paying, I waited for more than 20 mins and they never dared to care to tell me what was happening. When I approached the staff to ask, they were shouting at each other in front of the counter where all the customers are waiting. Despite the hassle and inconvenience, the staff didnt seem to care that they were wasting the customers time and was even hurrying me to decide about the refund because as per them, there are more customers.
It was a really horrible experience and but its an experience I will surely recommend if you want to ruin your day.
Reading from the reviews, Its not a surprise that Im not the first customer to flag their VERY poor and disappointing service. Shame.

Big store with lot many options. Staff is helpful. Its on 1st floor of MOE. Just right below the central MOE dome.

Excellent experience really friendly Radiolgy staff. The staff apologised many times for a 10 minute delay due to a power cut that morning. Overall an excellent experience. Free car parking as well shame the coffee shop was not open.

Had a few visits to the cottage, excellent service every time, latest visit in June 2023 for metal in my eye, expected to be sent to the eye hospital in Bristol but to my relief they looked at my eye and removed the tiny bit of metal invisible to the naked eye, caused from an angle grinder , That if left untouched for a couple of days causes a nasty infection, speaking from past experience, many thanks for a great service from all the staff.

Went to the minor injuries unit with the hopes of getting an ankle injury checked out and x-rayed. All staff I came across were very kind and helpful. The hospital was very clean. Car park was close to the building and free. I was impressed with my visit to this hospital and was in and out within an hour.

My 3 year old son had a nose injury which was bad, called clevedon straight away, although advised 3 hour wait they would see him and was lovely on the phone. Got there, and they were extremely busy on a Tuesday but were so good, honest and lovely under this pressure. They saw my son, and they were the kindest and sweetest you can be to a little one, they glued his cut on his nose then put strips on to secure along doing so with his Teddy bear. They gave him stickers, and made him feel at ease although under pressure themselves. Amazing people in the clevedon hospital, and I thank you all so much from me and my son!!

The speed and professionalism with which I was treated was quite amazing. In. X-Rayed and diagnosed. within 1 hour and my case was discussed by phone with a registrar by the nurse with me present.
Totally impressed.

What a beautiful little hospital took my father there today. And I cannot sing the praises of the staff on reception and also the nurse that attended to my father absolutely outstanding service.

Despite what seemed to be a very busy Sunday evening, my partner was seen, x-rayed, and put in a cast for a broken hand within 1.5 hours. Can't fault the service she received, thank you
