I bought my first car Jetour Dashing from Elite Motors, & had an accident on 07-07-2023. I informed the service center not to proceed with the repairing work if it will cost payment. Harshad, the service guy informed me that the repairing work will be claimed under my insurance. I have asked Harshad to proceed since insurance will be covering the cost for me.
After the repair, he informed him that i have to pay an amount of 1,850 for the repaired work. Harshad did not inform me that i will have to pay a percentage for the repair when i first bought in my car. Not him nor the car dealership Tamer Abdin (the sales guy) told me about the insurance policy, and the service team and dealership blamed me for not knowing it.
After stating they were not clear, Tamer shared the Motor Insurance Policy on 20-06-2023. 1 week after i stated that if any repair work requires payment, do not proceed. And they have proceeded without informing me that i have to pay a percentage for the damage caused.

It is one of the best service centres here in Dubai. They have very friendly and reliable staff! Professional mechanics and detailer Price is responsible as well. I will recommend this place to you all. Thank you for the good work !

Beautiful wee church and cemetery just off the main hillfoots road. Also links to some lovely woodland walking tracks. Gets busy on a Sunday, apparently.
