My daughter recently held her 5th Birthday celebration at Velocity. Very organized, the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, I was pleased with everything turned out. My daughter and our guests had a wonderful time. Thank you Velocity!

We had my daughter’s 7th birthday party at Velocity Al Qouz. It was fantastic… kids loved the experience. The staff are professional and gave good service. I can highly recommend. We would like to say thank you as well to Ms. Karen who hosted the party???????? your energy and patience makes the party superb♥️

We celebrated my son Hamza’s Birthday in velocity.. it’s a wonderful place for kids to enjoy.. the party coordinator Bella was delightful.. she went all out to help us make the event a super success.. the two party hosts Karen and blessue, made the party a fun filled experience that it was… all kids went back happy n tummy full of yummy food. Thank you team Velocity!

A day to remember Eren’s 7th Birthday @ Velocity Dubai.

I would like to thank and acknowledge Ms. Bella for listening to all my concerns. Thank you for your understanding and time for all the generosity and kindness in order for us to have a very remarkable Party. You are very accommodating, surely gave your best to achieve my dream party for Eren. To Ms. Karen, i know it’s very tiring to entertain all the kids from morning to the very last event(ours). We are very grateful to have you as our host. Your energy is overflowing that kids never had a dull moment. To all parents who are looking to have memorable celebration for your kids Velocity Dubai is the place to go. My son and his friends had the same expression that day and that is “This is the best day of my life” Once again thank you Velocity Team for making this party a core memory filler. The Best!!!! This is amazing place! My kid just celebrates a bday there! Super flexible, attentive and helpful staff. My kid, other kids and parents were really happy to spend time here.
Here you can find a soft area, a net like in Oli-Oli, trampolines. Also you will get an entertainment with a host of you are going to celebrate a bday here.
If you have any problems with a car parking, just ask for help valets guys (do free).
And special thanks for Bella! She helped to make my kid bday awesome!

We celebrated my son's 7th birthday here and we are extremely happy with the service. All the kids had so much fun and enjoyed all parts of the play area. There was something to enjoy for every age group. Parents commented on how friendly the staff is. The place was very clean and the party was well organized.

Ms. Bella is an amazing party organizer. She was always quick to reply and accommodated our different requests even 1 day before the event. All our requests for the decors was executed. She is very easy to deal with and was always professional.

Ms. Sheral was our main party host. She is very talented and patient with the kids. She did awesome with incorporating our minecraft theme on the decors and face painting for the kids. In between the face painting, party games and assisting me, she also played with the kids at the trampoline area. Mr. Jason also always checked if there was anything we needed during the preparation and all throughout. He even assisted us after the party so we as parents can relax with the other guests.

Overall, the staff from the reception including Ms. Hazel and Ms. Blessie ensured we were taken cared of and that the kids and adults were having fun. There was always someone looking after our group. Nothing was too much for them. They never rushed our group. What makes this place amazing is truly the staff.

Thank you for making my son's bday amazing. Highly recommend this place for kids events. Kudos to the Filipino staff!

Very spacious playground space with variety of activities. We visited during the weekday right after school and my kid was the only one during an hour of time we spent there. They do have multiple attending staff members looking after the little ones and assisting them. A bit pricey per hour compared to some other nearby playgrounds but have more variety of activities. One thing I didn’t like was that they charge a parent too if parent wants to go inside the play area which is a bit unusual to me. In all other playgrounds we were able to get in and be active with our kid and take pictures/videos, but here you have to pay for additional access.

The staff was really lovely and supportive. They do have a cafeteria too. But I really hated them having at least 4 vending machines with u healthy candies and stuff which makes kids wanna get them. I know these type of vending machines are there to make money on kids desires for “sugar” but come on, we are living in the age where everyone is already aware of health so it’s not a good thing for any business to promote that unhealthy sugar culture.

In terms of parking, it’s available just outside the building and some parking spaces under the shade too.

It's a good place where kids can enjoy birthday parties and have indoor activities. Very friendly and cooperative staff and nice wonderful indoor sports activities.
