I visited this gas station for a manual car wash and unfortunately had a negative experience. There was no token system in place and another driver jumped the queue, causing a dispute. I believe that this gas station could greatly benefit from implementing a token system to prevent these types of clashes with customers. Very unprofessional way of running the system.

Not happy with Carwash Service(Manual Wash Section). They are misguided to sell Next shop products. So be careful. "Never recommend" for Car washing.

Offers a mini-mart, automatic and manual car washes, tire service, and oil change service. McDonald's is nearby. Manual wash for SUV was 37AED. easy excess from Al Mankhool signal.

After Refilling gas at this station, I notice the Check Engine Light is On at the Dashboard.. After checking my Gas Cap, it was broken and some plastics inside are broken too..

Too bad.. I just came for a gas and this is what i got..

Good manual car wash.. Easy to give instructions on their staff on how and where to clean difficult area. For full body wash for sedan/hatch, it’s 47Aed...

This review is not for the petrol stn or the Lube Express there. It's just for 1 man working at Lube Express - Abdulla Abdurrehman. He's the most courteous and helpful man I have ever met at any service station. The stuff he did for me is no where in his job description, but he happily went an extra mile for me. If Lube Express management is reading this review, they should reward and honor this man.

It's open 24×7. If you go for a car servcie here, they use modern technology to flush the engine first and then pour new engine old into the engine.

The worst customer service ever. Had come for a car wash. After waiting for about 40 minutes he gives us a turn no. 4 instead of no. 1. This is how you make life better. Never will visit this petrol station for a car wash ever.
