I went for installation of new connection, from the help desk I received such a warm support. I wanted to have connection same day because of I moved in new apartment. Customer Service Agent Asif. help me to get this done and he make sure I got the connection by the evening. It was such a good experience from Emicool Team

Extremely poorly designed, inefficient, ineffective processes designed to loot people out of their money without any “care” to the end user. An example of a monopolizing non-governmental service provider allowed to provide with poor service and experience without an effective supervision. This is not the Dubai we want nor the one Sheikh Mohamed aspires it to be.
