I have banked with EIB since more than 10 years and every year the service gets worse. The Customer Service is almost non-existent now - and let's not even talk about online banking or phone banking.

Visited again after 10 months and sorry to say that the service has gotten worse if that is possible. Untrained staff who do not know how to find solutions and act as postmen with zero guidance for customers.

What's the point of priority banking if no1 is ever there to serve you?.. relationship manager change on monthly basis and doesn't even respond when u need them

This is horrible branch because the waiting list is not working properly also the customer service very lazy and they are working only when they decide that even I was waiting for them around 50 minutes while no one at all was waiting just because one of them hadn't been able to get the tickets because he was busy with a call and the other talking all the time with the cashier team and doesn't care about anyone till I start shouting for my time they start to wake up, horrible, seriously the service is totally useless

One of the worst branches of one of the worst banks!
I went to cash a cheque and I don't have account with them so they punish me by rejecting the cheque without giving official reject paper!
Branch manager rude and have no manners.

Excellent customer service.. hats off for teller area. I ever experience an excellent service in my life.. branch ABM and tellers are so helpful..

Staff are not interested in working and don't know their own systems, just know how to waste a customers time.
