The worst bank I've ever dealt with. The mortgage application process took 2-3 months, the process wasn't clear, the assigned employee wasn't professional at all and he wasn't aware about the process. There was no update from the bank on the status of the application (msgs or emails) even the call center doesn't have any update about the application status and everytime gives false information. The marketing offers are totally different than reality. I lost all the evaluation fees and my loan due to the incompatibility of the employee, the general manager and the bank itself. I would never consider dealing with this bank and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

No teller to support, staff informed system down, not think so, last visit teller not respect time also, 1 teller, more waiting, can arrange other staff if demands

Worst service ever!! Tried calling the customer care several times but if you dont have 20min time to be on hold than never call them as their call waiting hour is more than 20min. Also the charges are simply included in the statement and if we request for details they take almost more than 20days to just to revert that they have received and the mail and will get back with the update on the same.
Customer service need severe changes and need to avoid unnecessary charges to the customer.

One gentleman playing extra smart by allowing priority for ladies in ATM queue. Glad to give “ womens first” but should not be enforced or instructed. There is no such display ladies first though he is enforcing it over others who are waiting behind patiently. This is not customer service.

worst mean haram worst bank ever in my life, all the uneducated officers are doing there jobs and they dont know how to treat the customers. 0 bank experience , do not deal with this f..... bank, you will get mad.

Easy to park and very close to shops. Also if you are a North Norfolk resident you can use the prepaid parking pass

A very popular carpark, even in Winter, 4 or 5 Electric charging points similar 30 minute spots. Loos currently (end 2022) being rebuilt with temporary loos in place.
Very central to lovely Holt

I have purchased a PHEV that needs charging at the end of each trip to maintain the mpg. The Albert St car park has 6 charging points that can be accessed inside the car park. If you charge your vehicle between 6 pm and 8 am you do not have to pay to park so I chose to use the chargers early in the morning. The car park was empty, at the time I chose, so connection was simple. In all, a well kept cheap car park.

This is a small, very busy car park. I knocked off two points because you must have the correct amount, if paying cash (no change given) and the toilets were smelly

Convenient and enough space today. When Holt is busy, this car park is difficult, but there is a lot of coming and going, so you don't have to wait long.

Good Car Park with Toilets. Like most Car Parks in a tourist area, it will get full at busy periods. Parking Charges reasonable.

Always busy here. One thing that is extremely useful is the short term free parking spaces (If you can get one!) & the toilets. Charging points now here too for your EV.
