I got their for lunch ,,we take a bucket in which they give us i thnk 15 pieces of chicken and 15 pieces of without bone pieces,with fries and 4 buns ,,,its cost 100aed butt it is enough for 4 to 5 persons ,,,they aslo introduce new sauces i like that much ,,another thing is if you want to spicy chicken u tell them they make spicy for you,,i like their natuaal and salted fries ,,butt if u want masal on it ,,tell them they add masal for you,its lookalike a redish fries ????,but masal fries are also good,,,butt the issue is they dont have proper sitting area ,,,i visit 3 4 KFC's in sharjah butt they dont have space ,,,only 2 to 4 tables for sitting ,,,clean butt no enough space

Shift manager serves you chicken and bad attitude all in one.

Took down my order with the wrong type of fries, then was rude when I asked if they could throw some spicy salt on them and acted like each grain of salt is coming out of her salary, tried to charge me 1 AED on card. Hopefully in future she can be a shift manager far away from any customers and let her friendly colleagues be customer facing.

The staffs are really good.
Especially Youssef who is great supportive and delivery and providing good services and customer satisfaction.

Very Very Poor Service
1)Requested to substitute the Soft drink with orange juice and agreed to pay the additional amount but did not receive
2)Tomato was missing in Sandwich and Twister
3) black Power like substance was found on the Surface of the Twister, Unable to eat
4) Fries were not Spicy as requested

Today morning i got a piece of raw chicken from KFC JAFZA branch.
first i dnt see the raw piece i ate from other side .
when i found the end of chicken was raw straight away i went to manager to say its raw from the side. manager asked me why you ate the other side , i said i dnt see when i first had . he was such a rude man and was shouting at me . i really dnt know why @kfc is keeping this kind of person as a manager to deal with customer. After leaving from store i called customer care and informed this incident . representative made a con call with the manger that time also he was yelling at me. worst experience i have visited lots of outlet and never ever had such a bad experience.
to that manager we customers are paying for food not you are giving us for free at least show some basic respect to yours customer.
And please understand you are spoiling a brands goodwill.

Too much crowded and a big Q, off course due to the tasty KFC. Have to add more staff and make sure that some of them are informed they we pay for our tasty KFC and not free.

Atrocious service orders a wings combo it’s taking so long and no one knows what’s a happening If KFC cannot take wings order they should not be taking it btw the guy youssef keeps saying it’s getting ready and it’s over half hour.
