Worst bank I ever experienced in Dubai. For business banking need, I went to this branch 8am , wait till 9:30am but the person in charge of business banking still not arrive ! There was no client except myself in the first hour , then another lady came for same reason but nobody to attend her , both of us expressed same concern how this bank can operate in such poor management ?!I don’t understand how this bank can survive with such poor customer service ?!
