Very bad service im very frustrated very slow team taking more than one hour .. very bad experience. If you are in hurry never ever go to this bank .. i will not even give one star for this bad service

Very poor service and time wasting only.
One counter out of 2 working only, and they ate not moving the queue even no one there.
It was the worst branch i visited ever for this bank.
Even no one is in front of me. It's took 1 hour to serve me.

I visited the bank today (1st time in this branch) and amid all the busy vibe during the weekend before Eid; the employee Reem was extremely helpful and professional (5 stars service and customer care)

Worst Branch to Visit, token system is not working but they will force you to take the token, I don’t know for what reason. No customer service. When we enquired after seeing a bank representative sitting on chair with no customers his response was “I an restarting the system” this restart didn’t work for another 20 mins. Wastage of time. Try to ho to any other branch. Didn’t expect this service from a reputed bank

Very bad experience only one customer on the counter and I I’ve been waiting for over half an hour, there is two counters and two employees, but only one counter is working, this is my worst experience and I am still waiting, now its 6:42

There’s no update about the timing in Ramadan , I checked the location then I saw it’s open i drive my car like 1 hour , then when I reached here they are closed, they’ll open after 8pm . They should update on google ????
