Very slow, smells awful. Machines that can't be used so long queues. No signs to say only cash accepted so waste of time having to find ATMs then come back and re queue up

it was good customer service but the rates for exchanging AED to Canadian dollar wasn't really satisfied. i bought 1 CAD for 2.79AED later when next door bank opens they were showing 2.64AED for 1 CAD. it should be regulated as per today market rate..

Horrible experience while receiving a simple WU transaction. First they asked for my ID, then the senders, then I have waited for an hour just to get them to verify the IDs. I am registered with Al Ansari yet they are treating me so unprofessionally. God help those who have to visit them for a legitimate purpose.
