Had a very nice experience at Mirdif branch. The staff was so helpful. Anoop (I think it was his name) fixed my camera and gave me advice on how to use it.

Very rude staff, they talk with you in a condescending way, they dont explain their packages and assume as if you know what is inside their packages before you come which doesnt make sense as a seller. I dont recommend buying from them.

A store where we get all DSLR, digital projector, etc and their complete accessories.... We cannot find all the SLR related accessories, batteries and spare parts everywhere.... But he we find all and located near to carrefour and entrance A at ground floor....

Good availability of products and excellent customer service! Definitely recommend this store for camera related purchases! Mr Ajith and Mr Anoop were very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful ! They made sure to bring in the requested product overnight despite time constraints and offered very good pricing and promotions for the Fujifilm XT4! Great purchase experience, keep up the good work!

The worst service... after two and a half months of waiting for the lens to be fixed... and because I asked them about the delay... they answered me that they had not started yet because the responsible employee did not notice that I confirmed to start working...

1 good thing and another bad thing.

Although the technicians are always responsive but they lack honesty. I learnt to always check online reviews and not depend on the advice of the salesmen in grandstores. I bought a horizontal arm extension for 500 dhs and it had a manufacturing issue, and was not worth the money. The salesman did help me send the product to the service center and when they realised the issue cannot be solved they did help me replace it, but with a low quality benro tripod that is not discontinued from the market. later I noticed this model does not come with a head ball, I searched online and in stored and the external ones that pan and are stable are expensive (costs around 400 dhs). So as a total as if I bought the full functioning expensive built in horizontal arm tripod.

The sales man should have communicated the negative and positive points of the product, but he managed to just focus on the positive ones. I put trust in them and it is also my fault i have not researched the products and did not check reviews before I go.

In comparison to other stores, the prices are expensive.

So disappointed, called them 3 times to inquire about a specific product availability & constantly found their number busy for for 20 mins. Finally decided to drop by the store, staff was busy on his phone and not at all interested to guide me through my purchase. Staff had a very negative & demotivated behavior, I had no choice but to leave the store. Never visiting this store again!

They have some good stuff to choose from, i would say the only thing that was a downfall was the customer service in terms of meet and greet, there was a lack of smiling and making me feel warm and welcome, i wouldn't say it was terrible as I did receive good customer service just no smiles. They have good quality products though :)
