Worst bank to deal with, cad was blocked, visited the branch, and submitted all original documents requested. After 3 days, the documents are not updated. Still the card is blocked

Card was blocked.went to bank to check why, said we will send email to tram and call you back to update if something else needed. 2 month passed. Card is still blocked, no call from bank. Went again. Again they “sent “ email to team to ask them to contact me , promised by end of the day. Day finished. Empty promises, long time waiting to be served ( 30 min aprox) .

I came to the branch at 4:00 pm to open joint accout but after waited for 20 mins, they told me that joint account they open only morning shift and afternoon shift dont have an access to open it, unfortunately i have transfered my salary this week and i am really regret for that, this is because before weeks ago they told me that you can come anytime to open, for me it is not easy to come several times for account opening as small thing, anyway i am sorry for dealing with this bank and i think still there is a time to change it again.....

As an EI customer I’ve had COUNTLESS unpleasant experiences with the brand and this specific branch. Every time you come for being “assisted”, they will make you to wait for, at least, 30 minutes. Regardless if they have 6 or only 1 “Services and Products” representative on duty. Before you get the chance to reach them, you’ll have to wait for them to finish what seems to be personal calls (they are using mobile phones). When you finally get to the counter, they don’t listen but simply answer with what appears to be “plastered answers”. Now, how can you designate a department for products and services, if the answer for your inquires will ALWYAS be: “call the customer service hotline. We can’t assist you on that!” I had two enquires when I first stepped in today, and I left with both of them and ANOTHER disappointment and frustration! It’s been 4 years since I’ve transferred my salary account to Emirates Islamic Bank and there’s not even ONE day every since that they fail on making me regret it!

Giving 5* to Mansoor and the Branch Manager, who is out there talking to customers and apologizing for the long wait. Speed of service otherwise would be 0 out of 5. This is not the only branch of EIB that is slow. I guess it’s just the entire system. Closed my account and hopefully will live happily ever after with ENBD only. But well done to Mansoor and the Branch Manager. Thanks for helping and caring!

Excellent customer service provided by the evening team at Emirates Islamic bank DFC. Specially we would like to appreciate the response of Mr. Mohamed Najmi Ugail (Assistant Branch Manager) who ensured our request submitted was processed.

Very long waiting time. It had 5 customer service counter but only 3 is operating out of which one is not attending any customer so 2 left and they are taking so long, I waited for almost an hour while only few customers were there, finally I moved out as my turn did not come. Very poor Service

I usually hate dealing with the banks, the waiting line and most of the time unresolved things, however this time was different.

I was having issues with my cheque book. I tried to apply online and everything and it didn't work. In the branch I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Said Nawaf. We couldn't fix the problem on the spot because we didn't know where was the issue however he promised he will call back with a follow up (we all know what that means). I was surprised after few days when I received his call informing me that I have to update my documents. And another call after another few days informing me that the problem was resolved.
