Worse branch ever in terms of services. Staffs are rude. I made an order and got it wrong after half hour waiting. Every time I ask the staff about my order, she doesn’t look at me and just point with her finger to the oven. When I asked for the supervisor, he looked at me from distance and turn his back away, then he came to apologize after 10 minutes.

Location is beautiful and the outdoor in this amazing weather was really good. Very slow service, it took them 15 minutes to finish our order, staff were tired and I think they have shortage in manpower. The food was good, angus beef was tasty, the gourmet fries was amazing and very unique shape.

Had best onion rings from burger King. The outlet is not well maintained. Needs to be taken care of. Burgers are good

I love the location and newly renovated interior. Great outdoor sitting. I had very nice and helpful staff. Place was top clean. If you can visit during the week in daytime it is of course not so crowded.

We came earlier today from shopping and ate before going home at this location. Ambience was great, place was clean, normal customer service approach/ received. Food were served less than 10 minutes but not that great compared to BurJuman location. Ordered double Whooper, bun I think a week old, patty not juicy, so dry not like the one in BurJuman, but thank you, pickle was tasty.
