The waiting line is just ridiculous. 1 staff is not handling any customers, 1 staff running left and right, 1 staff stuck with a customer for 30 minutes... depressive to spend 1 hour from your Saturday just waiting to update your ID.

pathetic service with 3 people on the counter, the salesman is busy selling a smartwatch to a pair of girls almost 30 mins he is telling them how to wear them by self demonstrating and putting the watch on their wrist. pathetic
you need to replace such sales people with professional one.

The lady was just taking other customers .
We are still waiting ????
I think I made a big mistake by coming here .
Today I came here to convert my sim .
But I changed my plan .
I hope the company will improve customer service.

I have zero signal in my building with Etisalat I have about 6 complaints which they just decided to close without solving! I visited this branch to complain to waste of energy! It’s so simple to fix send engineer to the building fix it then it’s done!

Worst experience from the Customer Representative mr. Mohammed Alaa. Wasnt even polite in answering simple questions. Not even bothered to guide us in the process

Good Customer service. Ms. Saba did very good customer support. She nicely responded all my queries and provided with all information. Mr. Farhan was also supported.

Takes 1-2 hours to complete the simplest tasks. Staff is courteous but there's always "nothing they can do". System always has errors and took 2 days to simply sign up for a phone plan and they still wanted us to wait another day for IT to figure out the system error. Tried to complain to the company, the system to complain also did not work. Go elsewhere.
