service is not good
in March 2023 a agent open my account on tab
after account open he say need to pay for account
I not pay any think he stop my debit card and cheque book
I call many time call center and many time I go branch also I go jebel Ali main branch but all tell must you tell that agent .
today I go for closing my account he say must you pay 110AED for close account. I not get any think and pay 110AED for nothing
agent open account I have all documents clear and bank can't do any think must pay to agent :)
first time I see like this joke in bank

ATM machines are out of service and AC is also not working.
And no cleaning

Very cheap place . All staff aren't trained not even to speak properly with customers .

I had one of the worst banking experience in my life. Recently I settled my credit card and personal loan with Emirates NBD. The liability letter which I got was more than the actual liability. When I called customer care, they told me that there is always a buffer amount in liability letter which will be refunded back when the liability is settled. After the settlement, the excess amount was not refunded back to me. I visited Karama Branch and to my surprise, they were not able to trace the excess amount and asked me to call customer care. When I called customer care (10th time), they said there is no excess amount and visit the branch to trace the excess amount. Further, before the settlement, I had some credit balance in my account which was adjusted towards EMI for personal loan. Even that excess payment was not refunded. The customer service is pathetic and they are not willing to register complaint.

I Visited on 03/October/2021 New Emirates ID unreadable by ATM Machine I Request Emirates NBD Bank to Change at least one new machine with capability of NEW EMIRATES ID readable.

It is an outstanding surgery where doctors really listen to you. They always do their best and we feel lucky to have them as our GP.
