⛔️❌???????? Avoid this machine by all means if you need your transaction done!

The first incident it swallowed my card and I had to issue a new one.

The second incident it took the money and didn’t credit it to my account.

I have also witnessed a customer did a withdrawal but the Money did not come out!

The bank isn’t prompt to assist you, make sure you always get the complaint number from the agent because they can lie about raising a complaint on your behalf.

I had to cancel my plans because of this pathetic situation and couldn’t pay for bills on time!

I guess the bank management they do not read the reviews as well about their machines so this is for the customers to avoid this particular machine.

I have deposited money into 2 accounts and 2 days ago and still not received, and I went to nbd bank directly at mall of the Emirates, they said they can't help with their own bank , so I lost money I think,
I have called costomer care services, then computer giving foolish answers,
Even the bank can't help to get back my money ,
In the receipt clearly mentioned that visit the nearest branch if not credited, even though the bank people says they can't help when I visit the bank , I have the receipts still with me ,
I went to nakheel mall branch and lady at the bank shouting to me for nothing

This machine is the worst , my card is stuck several times, informed the mall management and they said they have informed NBD several times since this has been happening to many clients. As I write this review I am waiting on my stuck card!!

Located next lulu and peppermill restaurant. This ATM has cash deposit facility as well.
