We booked a taxi trip to and from a location a week in advance. The trip out was from a central location but the drop off home was to three areas. We phoned the day before our trip to double check the booking we had made a week earlier. We were told our taxi would be 15 minutes late, which wasn't too much of a problem because we had booked it with plenty of time, albeit slightly annoying. When the taxi failed to show, we phoned and we we're told it was on route. It arrived a further 20 minutes late, again not too much of a problem because we had booked it with plenty of time, and it could have been worse. The taxi driver didn't apologise for his lateness which was annoying. Otherwise the drive to the location was uneventful. When we came to leave the taxi was on time but said that he didn't know there were three drop off locations. The driver asked for extra money which was annoying. Especially as we had booked and paid for a journey we were now being asked to pay more money towards. We would have tipped the driver well (seeing as it was easy to round everyone's bill up to a round number) but the tip was absorbed by the extra charge. The taxi drove us home without a mask and without a seat belt, something I was uncomfortable about. All in all I cannot recommend this service given the experience we had.

Disappointed beyond belief. We prebooked a taxi with ABC to take us to the train station early in the morning. Because we had to catch a train and then an aeroplane, we called them again the night before to reconfirm our booking and check they had the correct address and phone number. Despite taking all of these steps, they never turned up and weren't answering their phones. Needless to say we won't be using ABC again ????

My son lost his phone last weekend, a little worse for drink. These wonderful people found it in one of their cabs, saw the last number (mine) phoned it and then even delivered back to my son. Thank you ABC I will have a 'moan free' weekend ahead of me.
