This station has a lot of restaurants an amazing place if you are traveling this would definitely be a nice place to relax

I was really embarrassed and no professionalism.

Today I forgot my wallet I was in a hurry to drop my wife and I filled the fuel. The staff was polite and gave me a suggestion to pay online but I didn’t have internet pack to pay online,I asked the staff for the Wi-Fi password and he asked me to talk to manger Mr Mohd Rafi for the password. He was so rude and unprofessional like I have done some big robbery from there. I just asked for Wi-Fi password and he was like we don’t provide Wi-Fi to anyone and ask someone to pick you or let them come and pay the money then we will leave you. I was really shocked & embarrassed the way he spoke to me.Almost they made me to wait half an hour even after I got payment. I paid online and I have to walk around the pump to check who is paying cash and then I need to replace them with my online transaction.

I never had such a experience and a reputed company like @enoc will train the staff how to behave to a customers.

Was not happy with their Covid19 precaution as they ask customer to handover credit card or mobile to pay on machine, as it is not wireless . So either you go outside car or handover card or pay cash. Stating that their management did not provide such machines.
Could not understand their logic nor accept it.
I suggest they visit their protocol.

Everytime the staff always tries to sell the Fuel Injector cleaner and they insist excessively. Happens 2 times a week. They impose themselves on the customer. Its not a nice experience

Large station with food chain stores and a car tire shop.
On the downside, it doesn’t have a car wash.
