Welcoming, simple, and lovely, I tried eggs and chicken tikka and egg with mushroom and cheese, and both were delicious ???? Karak tea with saffron is amazing, breakfast for 22 AED

So normally we get karak chai from Filli and it’s always good. This time I decided to get their Kashmiri chai - a BIG disappointment. The fragrance, the color, the taste nothing as it is advertised.

The tea is TOO HOT. Had to wait to cool it down. Couldn't hold it as well, burned my fingers. Food is okay. They have their own coffee beans and sparkling juice. Staff kindly delivered food and drinks to the car.

Staff needs training on guest service.
I tried coz some friends say the tea here is the best, not sure how they came up with that, sorry but nothing special about it. The cafeteria tea still taste better. No offense, just stating facts. I am a regular chai/tea drinker.

I was Flabbergasted to see Filli's Tikka Omlete which was burnt & not supposed to be packed in the first place. I feel pitty on the manager under whose supervision this was packed. FILLI PLEASE DONT GET IN TO RESTAURANT BUSINESS!!! YOU ARE GOOD WITH SELLING TEA .. KEEP SELLING TEA..ONLY...!

They serve half empty cup....second time I've got half empty cup.....please check when you buy...

The service is very slow waited around 30 mine to get foodles and the tea taste is not the same as the other branches too sweet despite telling to make it less sweet.
