The place was very nice and the staff was even nicer. Their cheerful mood made the food even more delicious and the food itself amazing. The burgers are definitely amazing but all the other dishes are unique and taste amazing. Would surely recommend that you try this place if you want good food.

I didn't expect there will be steak in this place. It's awesome and my friends enjoyed their food too. The service was great! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We also enjoyed the complimentary, the cheesy puff and the vanilla ice cream.

Food quality and quantity both was amazing. Tried Salmon and Beef steak and it was superb. Prices are also very reasonable. Staff was professional and very humble. I hope they will maintain the same taste and price

I think this place is beyond amazing. The food, and staff are exceptionally good. Been a regular customer ever since it opened and haven't stopped visiting every now and then. Big shoutout to Mr. Sufiyan who is one of the owners of the joint, very courteous and humble despite being busy he makes sure you are satisfied with your food. Big Mama is doing an amazing job. My personal favourite is the Acai bowl which is super healthy and fresh followed by their amazing burgers. Visited on my birthday and was just amazing. A little late post but had to mention it.

We decided to try them out after seeing some google reviews and high rating and all I can say it.. They deserve it.. The food is prepared wirh fresh ingredients and you can make out how fresh it is. We ordered meat ball pasta, angus burger xxl and highway meal (wings and tenders). Tenders were so fresh that i could use my hands to break it. We also got the shot of their inhouse ice cream and it was truly amazing. We also got complimentary cheese puffs. They were served hot and amazingly cheesy.. The service is great. We met the owners and they are the most amazing people you will meet. My lil one also get to choose her toy. They have a food truck in festival city as well. And i highly recommend to try them out. We paid 112AED for all this food and 3 cokes. So it's value for money. Well deserved 5 stars and we are definitely coming back.

Poor Hospitality and Unwelcoming Environment

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this unknown American food serving restaurant. From the moment I approached the restaurant, the encounter with the staff left a lot to be desired. The employee standing outside aggressively insisted that I enter the restaurant, even though I had clearly expressed my intention to check the menu later. It felt quite pushy and made me slightly uncomfortable.

Upon entering the restaurant, I picked up a menu from one of the tables to take a quick look. However, within seconds, the owner or manager approached me and insisted that I take a seat. I politely explained that I was just browsing the menu, but his demeanor was unwelcoming and his body language conveyed a sense of impatience. It seemed as though he wanted to maintain an appearance of hospitality, while his true intentions were quite the opposite.

Realizing that I was being coerced into sitting down just to peruse the menu, I decided to leave with a smile and placed the menu back on the table. To my surprise, the owner seemed delighted that I was leaving and hastily opened the exit door for me. He even looked at my face with a nod, as if to imply that I was not welcome in his establishment.

I am actually relieved that I did not waste my money on dining at this restaurant. The level of tolerance and customer service exhibited by the owner was far below the average standard found in any restaurant. A more welcoming and accommodating attitude towards customers would greatly enhance the overall dining experience at this place.

I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their hospitality. As a potential customer, I believe it's important for a restaurant to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for everyone who walks through their doors.
