The lift is awful. One has to wait for a minimum of ten minutes for a ride to arrive, and then there is a long-lasting queue who want to use it! The building alarm rang at any time, and a few times, I realized the building was really on fire, but it was not, as the alarm had some issues!

If these two problems resolve, I can highly recommend this building to anyone out there who is looking for business bay-based Accomodation.

Don't waste your money, that place its like you live in deira or hor al anz, not a proper gym there is no maintenance.. swimming pool water not clean even the timing is 6 to 9.. so after 7 its so crowded .. and as you wait for a ten minutes for a lift, and then there is a long-lasting queue who want to use it. No other facilities.
Second there is a person who's name is Jay. His apartments its not similar like he advertised.. rooms have A/C problem everytime and wifi issues which is the basic things to provide.. so no one stay long just 1-2 month so first pay for the 1 week then experience the difference. Thank you.

I rented a room through Hasan who works for Mr. Hatem. Terrible conditions - dirty, bad smell, problems with air conditioning, old furniture, mold, a long queue to the elevators. paid at the beginning of the month 5800 dirhams for these terrible conditions, so Hasan also says at the end plus 250 dirhams for parking. So there was still such a situation, the bed was old and the upholstery on top began to fall off by itself, so he took a deposit of 1000 dirhams from me for this or said by a new bed. If you contacted these people, if there are any problems, immediately tell them to change, take a photo, otherwise they will not give you a deposit. Prices rise for housing because there is no contract. I do not recommend this building and these people ...

It's not perfect but ok as long as u keep to yourself and pretty crowded and lifts are a nuisance here.

Awful service, i need a car moved from West London to south London. I was quoted £50 plus £2 a mile, I pay £80 total. Come the day of moving the car. The driver is now charging me £140 extra. The company say they need the £80 as a guarantee call out fee. Not once did they mention I had to pay the driver, not once was it mention that there would be any kind of extra cost. And then they refused to refund the money they took after not fully clarifying there service. THEY DONT TOW YOUR CAR, THEY CHARGE YOU £50 FOR A PHONE CALL TO FIND ONE.

10 out of 10. Called this morning in a panic, got my car straight in as we are going on holiday on Saturday and need the car. Diagnosed the fault and repaired at an extremely good value price on the same day. Would recommend and will definitely using again. Range Rover have just lost a very loyal customer today.

Went in for MOT, needed quite a bit of work but all explained very clearly and estimates given. Costs were checked with mechanic brother, who unfortunately now lives 250 miles away and price was reasonable.

Free pick up and drop off was very much appreciated due to unforeseen circumstance. Will definitely go back.

Alway great service. Always a fair price. I have always been a car fan. 8 have used a lot of garages in my time. For the last 5 plus years this is the only garage I take vehicles too.
They treat my wife, mum, mother in law etc with respect and are trust worthy. IF.... If they are more expensive it won't be by much. Totally worth the peace of mind.

Really helpful team. Will always use Auto Assistance for MOT, Servicing and any repairs. Went in the other day as windscreen washer bottle was leaking. Des and the team had it looked at and sorted within minutes and at no cost due to being a simple job. Super surprised and really appreciated. Will always go back there and highly recommend.

As a company we have been using Auto Assistance for some time. I cannot fault them. They collect our vans from the office in the morning and deliver them back in the afternoon, any issues that arise during the day I get a call with detailed explanations of problems and possible fixes, along with the costs. They never do any work without checking first. Main dealer standard quality or better but without the inflated prices. Use them, you wont regret it.

Great service at a very reasonable price. Came here for my Class 4 MOT. Loan car was supplied FOC. A detailed report was provided setting out what work would be needed in the coming months and explained to me. I would recommend this garage .
