I had a filling done on Thursday morning, it had come out by Thursday lunchtime. I called and called and no response-I’ve also called today and still no response-I’ve never had a problem with this surgery until now and I am finding it incredibly frustrating that no one will return my call especially given my tooth is in a worse state than when I came in yesterday. Incredibly bad customer service-I expect to hear back from you first thing on Monday @ash vale dental surgery

Mr Evans was very welcoming, professional, sharp and thorough. Felt totally at ease after not going to the dentist for 3 or so years. He explained so clearly what I needed to know and was actually a very pleasant experience when I normally don't like dentist. Felt very comfortable, covid protected and the receptionist went above and beyond for me. That I'm truly grateful for. Thank you. Highly recommend.

PUBLIC WARNING! I strongly advise anyone who is thinking of seeing the butcher Mr Evans to look elsewhere, there are many other dental practice near by such as the one I now attend above the Iceland in Aldershot (lovely and well trained professionals) that will not cause you agonising pain and make irreversible damage to your teeth. Mr Evans has clearly lose all passion for his career and I'm not just informing on my personal experience my whole family has been affected, please if you're thinking of visiting the dental practice in Ash vale just know that you're putting your teeth in harms way. I hope this will help anyone looking for a dentist

I suffer with bad anxiety whenever I go to the dentist but the staff here are so lovely and reassuring.

All the staff here are amazing. The treatments are quick, efficient and as painfree as dentistry can be. They have given me back my faith in dentists!
